Commission:
10% commission on all concluded reservations booked through ScooterBug for mobility equipment, including ECVs, scooters, strollers, and wheelchairs. | Concluded reservations are reservations where rented equipment was used and payment successfully processed. Canceled reservations, refunded reservations, denied payments, or payment reversals are not considered concluded reservations.
Agents can be set up individually in one of two ways: | Option 1: Email travelagentprogram@scooterbug.com from your agency email address. Include full name, phone number, agency name, and agency ID# for set-up. | Option 2: Call 1-800-726-8284 for rapid account set up. Have full name, phone number, agency name, and agency ID# ready. | New agents should NOT sign up via the online form; doing so triggers an automatic request for additional forms and delays account creation.
