Heirloom Travel Co. began with a vision for something more personal — an agency built around thoughtful service, meaningful relationships, and the belief that travel can become part of a family’s story.
What started with Shelly’s vision soon grew as Brandy and Chelsea joined her, bringing their own experience, strengths, and shared passion for helping families travel well. Together, they helped shape Heirloom into the agency it is today.
At the heart of it all was a simple belief: planning a vacation should feel just as personal as the memories made on it. We wanted to create an agency where clients felt known, advisors felt supported, and every trip was planned with care and intention.
The name Heirloom reflects exactly what we believe about travel. The best things we bring home aren’t souvenirs. They’re the stories, traditions, inside jokes, photographs, and memories that become part of a family’s history — the things passed down long after the suitcases are unpacked.
Today, Heirloom has grown into a community of advisors who share that same heart for helping people experience the world together.

SHELLY ANDERSON

Shelly is a co-owner and travel advisor with Heirloom Travel Co. who believes the best trips are the ones that stay with you long after you come home.
She became a travel advisor in 2021 after friends and family began turning to her for advice following her own Disney vacations. What started as a love of planning grew into a passion for helping others create memorable trips of their own. Today, Shelly specializes in Caribbean vacations, luxury family travel, cruises, group travel, and business travel.
As a wife and mom of two, travel has always been an important part of Shelly’s family life. She loves relaxing at a beautiful beach or resort, but equally enjoys experiencing the culture of a destination, meeting new people, and exploring somewhere new.
Shelly loves researching the details, comparing options, and finding the experience that truly fits each client. Hearing their stories and seeing their photos afterward is one of her favorite parts of being a travel advisor.
That same love of meaningful travel inspired Heirloom Travel Co. To Shelly, some of the most treasured things we pass down aren’t things at all. They’re the stories, traditions, and memories we create together.
BRANDY REDUS

Brandy is a co-owner and travel advisor with Heirloom Travel Co. who believes travel is about more than the destination—it’s about the people, experiences, and memories made along the way.
A travel advisor since 2022, Brandy turned a desire to make family travel more affordable into a passion for helping others plan meaningful vacations. She specializes in Disney, cruises, relaxing getaways, and unforgettable adventures, creating personalized trips that fit each traveler’s needs.
As a wife and mom to two sets of twin boys, Brandy knows firsthand how much the right resort, cruise, room, and itinerary can impact a family vacation. Her background in marketing and education, where she works as a high school Career Advisor, has also shaped her thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to planning.
Disney and cruising are close to her heart, but she also loves exploring cities like New York City and Paris. Much of her business has grown through referrals, which she considers one of the greatest compliments.
Brandy’s goal is simple: take the stress out of planning so her clients can focus on making memories they’ll talk about for years to come.
CHELSEA STANHOUSE
Co-Owner | Operations & Systems
Chelsea has been a travel advisor since 2020, but her love for travel has always been rooted in something much simpler: the memories made along the way.
As a wife, mom of two girls, and someone who almost always has another trip on the calendar, Chelsea understands that the best vacations aren't necessarily the most extravagant ones — they're the ones your family is still talking about years later.
Her specialties include Disney destinations, Universal Orlando, family cruises, and family-friendly all-inclusive resorts. With firsthand experience across the destinations she sells, Chelsea loves helping families sort through the overwhelming number of options and choose the experiences that best fit the way they actually want to travel.
At Heirloom, Chelsea also brings that same love of organization and thoughtful planning to the agency itself, helping create the systems and resources that keep everything running smoothly.
