Go to https://www.ihg.com/agent-portal. Select Register if you do not have an IHG account, or Sign In if you already have one. After creating an account and logging in, enter the agency CLIA number. If you already have an account with another agency, email globalihgagent@ihg.com and request to change agencies. Book through the IHG Agent Portal and ensure the CLIA is entered when completing the booking.
